عندما كانت أمي تجمعنا ونحن صغار حول موقد تشرين كانت تجلب لنا الرمان وتخبرنا بأن بكل رمانة حبة من الجنة فعلينا ألا نرمي شيئاً من هذا اللؤلؤ المكنون داخل تلك الطاسة الحمراء، ولطالما خمنّا إجابة السؤال الشعبي الشائع “طاسة ترن طاسة بالبحر غطاسة من برا نحاس ومن جوا ألماسة، شو هي؟”.

من الممكن أن هذا السؤال كان يتوجب أن يُسأل في كل موسم للرمان آللاف المرات مع الضحك الكثير.

لكن ما رأي العلم هل بالفعل الرمان فاكهة من الجنة لكثرة فوائده؟ تعالوا لنرى سوية..

كتب في موقع الجزيرة نت:

فوائد الرمان كثيرة وتجعله واحدا من أكثر الفواكه الصحية، وهنا نتعرف على 9 فوائد لهذه الثمرة.

اختصاصية التغذية دينا بي ديلي في جامعة موغلا صدقي كوتشمان قدمت عبر وكالة الأناضول مجموعة من الفوائد التي يحتويها الرمان.

استهلت الاختصاصية حديثها بالقول “يحتوي الرمان على كثير من مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة أكثر بمقدار 3 مرات من الشاي الأخضر أو العنب الأحمر، فهو غني بالمركبات والفيتامينات التي تجعل منه طعاما صحيا للوقاية من العديد من الأمراض”.

وأضافت أن “ثمار الرمان غنية بفيتامينات عديدة ضرورية للجسم مثل “سي” (C)، “إي” (E)، “بي 6” (B6)، “بي 3” (B3)، “بي 2” (B2)، “بي 1″ (B1)، و”إيه” (A)، والعناصر المعدنية كالبوتاسيوم والحديد والسيلينيوم والمنغنيز وغيرها”.

وتابعت “الأهم من هذا احتواؤه على مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة والبوليفينول (Polyphenole) المضـ.ـادة للالتهابات والسرطان والمحفزة لمنظومة وتقوية الجهاز المناعي للجسم، وهي ميزة مهـ.ـمة في ظل انتشار فيـ.ـروس كـ.ـورونا المستجد”.

وفي ما يلي الفوائد التي تحدثت عنها الاختصاصية:

1- مفيد للبشرة

تعتمد البشرة بشكل كبير على الكولاجين من أجل أن تبقى ناعمة ومشرقة، والرمان يحتوي على مركبات معينة تمنع الإنزيمات من تكسير الكولاجين، وتضمن بقاء البشرة ناعمة ونضرة.

2- البوليفينول

تحتوي بذور الرمان على مادة البوليفينول (أحد مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة القوية)، ويحتوي عصير الرمان على مستويات أعلى من مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة مقارنة بمعظم عصائر الفاكهة الأخرى.

3- يعـ.ـيق نمو السرطان

يساعد الرمان في الوقاية من السرطانات، حيث أثبتت أبحاث أنه يعيق نمو خلايا بعض الأورام السرطانية مثل سرطان الثدي والبروستات والقولون وسرطانات الغدد الليمفاوية وسرطان الدم أيضا لاحتوائه على مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة.

4- مفيد للذهن

يعمل الرمان على تحسين القـ.ـوى العقلية والوقاية من ألزهايمر الذي يحدث لدى كبار السن بسبب تراكمات من بروتين الأميلويد في المخ، وتبين بعض الدراسات أن الرمان يعمل على تقليل تراكم هذا البروتين، وبفضل مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة في عصيره وتركيزها العالي يتأخر قدوم ألزهايمر.

5- مفيد للمزاج

الرمان مضـ.ـاد للاكتئاب واليـ.ـأس، ويرجع ذلك إلى المركبات النباتية القوية الموجودة فيه، مما يجعل تأثيره إيجابيا على هرمون الإستروجين ومستقبلات السيروتونين في الدماغ، وبالتالي يخفف مشاعر اليأس والاكتئـ.ـاب لدى الإنسان.

6- صحة الجهاز الهضمي

الحفاظ على صحة الجهاز الهضمي، إذ يساعد عصير الرمان على تحسين عملية الهضم، والتخفيف من الالتهابات المعوية.

7- مضـ.ـاد للالتهابات

عصير الرمان مضـ.ـاد قـ.ـوي للالتهابات المزمنة، حيث تكتسب حباته لونها الأحمر من مركبات البوليفينول المضــ.ـادة للأكسدة والتي يمكن أن تساعد في التخلص من الجذور الحرة، مما يؤدي لمنـ.ـع تلف الخلايا وتخفيف الالتهاب المزمن الذي يشمل كلا من أمراض القلب والسرطان والسكري.

8- مفيد للقلب ويخفض الكوليسترول

عصير الرمان يقلل أمراض القلب ويعمل على خفض الكوليسترول لاحتوائه على مواد قـ.ـوية مضـ.ـادة للأكسدة تمـ.ـنع تراكم الصفائح الدموية وتخفف ارتفاع ضـ.ـغط الدم.

9- تحفيز حـ.ـرق دهون الجسم

للرمان فائدة كبيرة في إذابة الدهون الموجودة بالجسم، فهو يحفزه على حـ.ـرقها، وتناول الرمان يوميا ضمن حمية غذائية فيها نسبة بروتين جيدة يساعد بشكل كبير في حـ.ـرق الدهون والتخسيس.

يحـ.ـارب الخلايا السرطانية.. أسباب تدعوك لتناول الرمان يوميا

‫تعتبر مضـ.ـادات الأكسدة الموجودة في الرمان هامة أيضا لمعالجة الالتهابات، ‫حتى إن دراسة أظهرت فائدة للرمان في علاج حالات التهاب المفاصل وتقليل ‫الألم بشكل كبير.

‫أظهرت العديد من الدراسات قدرة للرمان على محـ.ـاربة الخلايا السرطانية، ‫وأثبتت دراسة أجريت عام 2012 أن الرمان ساعد على الحـ.ـد من انتشار خلايا ‫سرطان البروستات.

نختم بالتأكيد هنا أن هذه الفوائد ليست بديلا عن زيارة الطبيب، وأن الرمان مع فوائده ليس علاجا للسرطان أو أمراض الأوعية الدموية وارتفاع ضـ.ـغط الدم.

ولكنه ثمرة مفيدة إذا تم تناوله ضمن نظام غذائي صحي، مع الالتزام بإرشادات وأدوية الطبيب.
