A new Ukrainian armored vehicle presented to the Armed Forces Commander.

A new Ukrainian-made armored vehicle was presented to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released footage of the new equipment models, which included a modernized BMP-1TS infantry fighting vehicle, an Oncilla armored vehicle, and the previously unseen six-wheeled armored vehicle. The name of the new vehicle has not yet been released. However, it visually resembles the Mbombe 6×6 vehicle developed by the South African Paramount Group company. Ukrainian sources have revealed that a Ukrainian company has also begun licensed production of these vehicles.

The Mbombe 6×6 is a wheeled armored fighting vehicle developed by Paramount Group in 2010. It can accommodate eight infantrymen and three crew members. The vehicle weighs 16 tons and is equipped with protection class 3 according to STANAG 4569. It is designed to withstand fire from small arms and is mine-resistant, capable of withstanding a charge weighing up to 10 kg of TNT equivalent. The Ukrainian-made vehicle seen in the video is equipped with the Spys-Synthez combat module, which includes a 30-mm automatic cannon, a 30-mm automatic grenade launcher, a twin 7.62-mm machine gun, and the Barrier anti-tank missile system. The module is stabilized in two planes and has a thermal imaging channel for all-weather operation.
