ISTANBUL – Torun Tower Ofis building, located in the central area of Esentepe, Istanbul, has been sold to Denizbank for a total of 11.6 billion Turkish Lira plus VAT. The building has been rented by Denizbank, one of Turkey’s largest five private banks, for years. The sale was reported to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Torunlar Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the owner of the 39-storey building located on Büyükdere Avenue in Şişli, Istanbul.
