وزارة الدفاع الليتوانية تعد باقة جديدة من المساعدات العسكرية لأوكرانيا والتي ستُسلم في أغسطس

The Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine, which will be delivered in August. Lithuania will transfer military equipment, anti-aircraft systems, transport and logistics equipment, as well as some old weapons. Minister of National Defence Laurynas Kasčiūnas stated that Lithuania’s assistance is an investment in their own security. A total of 14 M113 armored personnel carriers, short-range air defense systems with missiles, and drone jamming systems will be delivered. Additionally, electronic warfare systems, all-terrain vehicles, cargo trailers, telescopic loaders, wheel loaders, rifles, ammunition, smoke munitions, gun accessories, and spare parts for weapons will also be provided. Since the beginning of the war, Lithuania has provided Ukraine with military assistance worth over €641 million, and overall support exceeding €1 billion.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine previously tested Lithuanian-made FPV drones and plans to allocate €5 million for their purchase. The ministry will request final proposals and sign contracts with Lithuanian manufacturers involved in the tests. The military aid package, set to be delivered in August, aims to support Ukraine in its ongoing conflict with aggressors.
