جورجيا تضع ٣٠٠ عنصر من ليجيون جورجيا على قوائم المطلوبين.
Georgia has put 300 members of the Georgian Legion, who fought on the side of Ukraine, on the wanted list. The commander of the Georgian National Legion, Mamuka Mamulashvili, revealed this information. Most of the listed individuals are currently in Ukraine. Mamulashvili believes that this action is a result of the coordination between Russian and Georgian special services, with the goal of giving the Georgian government grounds to arrest them. In June, the Georgian Legion was recognized as a terrorist organization by a Russian court, and Mamulashvili himself was put on the wanted list.
In addition to the wanted list, the State Security Service of Georgia has also begun summoning other Georgian volunteers who fought in Ukraine. Two volunteers, Nadim Khmaladze and Lasha Chigladze, have been notified of being summoned to court, with charges related to coup d’état and terrorism. The Georgian Special Services previously announced the disclosure of a plot to overthrow the government, with members of the Georgian National Legion being among the suspects. Russia has expressed support for the Georgian government, and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, Andrey Klimov, stated that Russia would be ready to help preserve the ruling party’s power if requested by the Georgian government.
