The American Boeing Corporation and Ukraine’s Antonov Company have signed an early agreement to cooperate in the maintenance of unmanned systems. The memorandum of understanding allows for the possibility of Antonov receiving engineering support from Boeing and lists training, logistics support, and maintenance of drones as potential areas for collaboration. This partnership is expected to support Ukraine’s defense industry. Boeing’s defense CEO, Ted Colbert, expressed satisfaction with the agreement and emphasized the company’s commitment to Ukraine’s development and economic growth. Antonov CEO, Yevhen Havrylov, also expressed enthusiasm for the cooperation, noting that it opens up new opportunities for implementing effective solutions in the aerospace and defense industry.
