بدعم مبادرة الجبهة الصلبة: الجيش الأوكراني يتلقى دفعة من المركبات الباغي من مجموعة Metinvest
As part of the Steel Front initiative, the Ukrainian army has received a batch of 24 buggy vehicles from the Metinvest Group. The vehicles were handed over following a request from the Operational Command South and are currently being used on the front lines. Despite having minimal level of protection, the buggies are suitable for sabotage raids and reconnaissance due to their off-road capabilities and high speeds. According to Metinvest, the first batch of ten buggies required 3.8 tons of rolled steel. This initiative aims to provide efficient vehicles to Ukrainian soldiers in order to enhance their advantage on the front.
The announcement was made on the official website of Metinvest. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Oleksandr Palamarchuk, highlighted the importance of having fast, maneuverable, simple, and reliable vehicles for Ukrainian soldiers. This ongoing collaboration between Metinvest and the Southern Operational Command is aimed at meeting the needs of the soldiers. It should be noted that Metinvest Group has also been involved in the construction of fortifications and providing special equipment for defense lines to prevent the enemy’s advance in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia directions.
