وزارة الدفاع الأوكرانية تقر تشغيل ورشة إصلاح سيارات متنقلة جديدة وموافقة على مركبات جديدة للقوات المسلحة الأوكرانية

The Ministry of Defense has officially authorized the operation of a new Ukrainian-made mobile car repair shop in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The workshop, developed by specialists in the Ukrainian defense industry, is characterized by its compactness and improved maneuverability compared to the existing mobile workshops on outdated Soviet ZIL-131 trucks. It can be installed on various pickup truck models and is capable of handling routine repairs and maintenance of automotive and military vehicles. The repair shop is equipped with tools and equipment for tire fitting, welding, and car mechanic work, as well as a device for charging car batteries and specialized computer equipment for diagnostics. It also features a 500-kilogram capacity crane and a 5-ton capacity winch. Several mobile workshops on pickup truck chassis have already been transferred to combat units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
In the first half of this year, the Ministry of Defense approved over 20 light vehicles designed for rough terrain and water tasks to be used in the Ukrainian Defense Forces. These vehicles include buggies, motorcycles with electric and internal combustion engines, four- and six-wheeled ATVs, and hexacycles. The decision to introduce these new vehicle models aims to enhance the capabilities of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and improve their mobility in diverse environments. The Ministry of Defense did not disclose the specific sources of information regarding the development and approval of these vehicles.
