On the night of November 20, a drone attack targeted a Russian arsenal in the Novgorod region. The incident took place at approximately 2 a.m. Kyiv time in the village of Kotovo, home to the 13th arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry. Local residents reported the attack, posting videos capturing the sounds of drones, explosions, and flashes. Reports indicate that the Russian military responded to the drones with small arms fire. The ASTRA Telegram channel shared that following the assault, Kotovo residents were evacuated. As of now, further details about the attack and its consequences remain undisclosed. The governor of the Novgorod region mentioned that night several UAVs were detected and supposedly neutralized by Russian air defense forces, stating that no casualties were incurred, and law enforcement is currently active at the venue.
