قوات العمليات الخاصة البيلاروسية تتدرب في كازاخستان وتجري تدريبات مشتركة مع الجيش الصيني
Members of the Special Operations Forces of Belarus will be undergoing training in Kazakhstan as part of the Top of Brotherhood-2024 exercises, according to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus. The training will include tactical and special exercises, ambushes, raids, firearms and mountaineering training, and studying the specifics of operations in mountainous and desert terrain. The Belarusian military contingent will be transported to Kazakhstan via IL-76MD aircraft. The joint exercise is taking place at the Taktal military training ground in Kazakhstan.
In addition to the training in Kazakhstan, the Belarusian military also began joint training with the Chinese military prior to the NATO summit. The exercise, called “Attack Falcon 2024,” is a 11-day anti-terrorism exercise taking place near the Belarusian city of Brest, close to the Polish border. The exercise is seen as a signal of firmness against the aggressive foreign policy of the West towards the Union State and provocative actions by Ukraine, according to Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Belarusian Armed Forces Vladimir Kuprianyuk. This exercise reflects the growing defense ties between China and Belarus and comes after Belarus became the 10th member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
