The Come Back Alive Foundation Supports Ukrainian Armed Forces with New Pickup Trucks
The Come Back Alive Foundation has announced the transfer of over thirty new pickup trucks to brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In April, the foundation provided the military with 31 brand new Mitsubishi L200 and Peugeot Landtrek pickup trucks. This move is seen as a significant contribution to the mobility and effectiveness of Ukrainian defenders. The vehicles will enable quick transfers of units, transportation of supplies, and the evacuation of the wounded. The Come Back Alive Foundation stated that reliable vehicles are one of the most common requests from the military. The foundation has also previously partnered with the Ukrnafta company to provide Peugeot pickup trucks to the Air Defense Forces. These trucks are equipped with detection and destruction equipment to counter Russian air targets.
The Come Back Alive Foundation reported the transfer of pickup trucks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its official Facebook page. The foundation’s aim is to support the military by providing them with the necessary resources and equipment. The pickup trucks were delivered to several units, including the 24th Mechanized Brigade “Daniel of Galicia,” 80th Air Assault Brigade, 59th Separate Motorized Brigade “Yakiv Handziuk,” 101st Brigade for the Protection of the General Staff named after Colonel-General Henadii Vorobiov, and the 53rd Mechanized Brigade named after Volodymyr Monomakh. The initiative to donate vehicles aims to enhance the mobility, maneuverability, and logistics support of Ukrainian defenders.
